POWRÓT
On 14th-21st Match 2010, within the Comenius project, the following meeing took place in Tricarico (Italy). Aleksandra Durnaś, Paweł Ryczkowski, Szymon Najgebauer from class V A and Katarzyna Szewczyk class VIb were the lucky students who visited Tricarico.
The students travelled in care of Małgorzata Tomaszewska (the head), Justyna Krzywańska (project koordinator, English teacher) and Renata Leder - pedagogue and Danuta Sobolewska - Art teacher.
During the visit In Tricarico students stayed with the Italian host families, they took part in the classes in Istituto Comprensivo Tricarico-Calciano-MT and other activities in the afternoon with Italian friends. They had an unique opportunity to improve their language sklills, to learn about Italian famililies' everyday life and school's organisation.
This trip also gave them a chance of meeting their peers from partner schools - from Budapest (Hungary) and Peterborough (England).
The teachers used to spend a lot of time in their international team, on neverending discussions about the similarities and differences in the schools participating in the project.
The pupils and the teachers visited: Roma, Tricarico, Sasi Matera, Metaponto. They admired the architecture, monuments and museum collections of these famous Italian places.
During the visit all the students presented their performances - the folk tales. Thus Polish students played the Italian tale "Monachiello", English students played the Polish tale - "The Wawel Dragon", Hungarian students the English tale and Italian students the Hungarian one.
Next October all the students and the teachers from our partner schools will visit Poland - and our school. We can't wait it!!!
